Sugar Free Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped apple
    2 c. water
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp. liquid Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Cook raisins, apple and water until water evaporates.
    In a large bowl, combine Egg Beaters, sweetener, oil, vanilla and applesauce.
    Add nuts to raisins; stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix well with a large spoon.
    Stir in raisin-nut-apple mixture.
    Spray a round or square 10-inch cake pan with vegetable oil spray.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
