Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla and oil together.
    Add zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients and add.
    Add fruit and nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured angel food pan, Bundt pan or loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
