Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large or 2 medium zucchini, sliced
3 to 4 large tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Gruyere cheese (can substitute any white cheese)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
vegetable seasonings (Mrs. Dash, oregano, basil)
Preparation

Layer sliced zucchini on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer sliced tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle spices over tomatoes.
Repeat until pan is almost full.
Sprinkle heavily with cheeses until pan is covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.
Garnish with more cheese before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
