Oriental Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. green peppers
    1/2 lb. onions
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1/2 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Cut meat in one-inch squares.
    Marinate in soy sauce and water for two hours.
    Saute green peppers, onions and mushrooms in margarine in a skillet.
    In larger skillet or Dutch oven, add everything together; cover and simmer slowly for about 2 or 2 1/2 hours, until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice.
