Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Combine rind, juice, butter and enough water to make 3/4 cup mixture.
Beat in egg. Pour over dry ingredients and mix in enough to dampen.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
