Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 large or 3 medium bananas (optional)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together gently, just until flour is wet.
    Add one 15 ounce box of Raisin Bran.
    Let stand in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or up to 3 weeks.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
