Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate (Seneca, no sugar added)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    5 large apples, sliced
    1 prepared double pie crust
Preparation
    Mix 2 tablespoons of concentrate with cornstarch in small saucepan; heat remaining concentrate.
    Blend in cornstarch mixture. Stir constantly until thickened and smooth.
    Stir in margarine and cinnamon.
    Pour over apples.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Pour mixture in bottom crust.
    Cover with top crust.
    Cut vents; brush top with margarine or milk.
    Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
