Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    9 Tbsp. cocoa
    nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high until thick and light.
    Add sugar gradually; then add the next three ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 2 loaves or 1 tube pan or 1 Bundt pan.
