Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    6 green onions with tops, chopped fine
    1 large carrot, shredded coarse
    1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar or to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss all ingredients to mix.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
