Melba'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1 3/4 sticks melted margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    3 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine and mix flour, margarine and nuts.
    Pat in the bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or lightly brown on edges.
    Let cool.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread over crust.
    Mix instant pudding with 3 cups of milk and spread over ingredients, then top with extra Cool Whip left in container.
    Refrigerate.
