Ingredients

2 large egg whites
3 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. nutmeg
4 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
5 c. pecans
Preparation

Add water to egg whites and beat until frothy.
Add next 4 ingredients and mix.
Add pecans.
Spread mixture on two well-greased cookie pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring each 10 minutes.
Remove and cool.
