Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    1 c. corn oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Stir together in large bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In separate bowl, stir together pumpkin, corn oil and water.
    To this mixture, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
    Add pumpkin mixture and stir just until flour is moist.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Cool on rack.
