Chocolate Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. ground chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/3 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time; stir.
    Add water and vanilla.
    Sift and measure flour.
    Sift again with chocolate, baking powder and salt.
    Add to the first mixture, stirring well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet, 3 inches apart.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Good iced and sprinkled with chopped nuts.
