Italian Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground pork loin
    1/4 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    6 slices Italian bread
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
Preparation
    Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine pork, bread crumbs, onion, spaghetti sauce, basil and egg; mix well.
    Shape into 6 oblong patties.
