Grandma Walsh'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe or overripe bananas (4 if small)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mash bananas with fork.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Pour into Teflon coated or buttered and floured pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
