Amy'S Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    1 c. grated, raw zucchini
    1 small onion, minced
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 strips bacon
    1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp and crumble over bottom of 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie shell.
    Pour in cheese, zucchini, onion and egg mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
