Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan on bottom only.
    In medium mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter.
    Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, cloves, zucchini, milk, eggs and nuts.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended, scraping bowl frequently.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
