Bob'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. potatoes, cooked until easily chopped
    3 sticks celery, chopped
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    3 to 4 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. dill weed/seed
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. fennel relish seed
    6 Tbsp. mayo
    5 tsp. pickle
    lettuce
    celery
    frozen peas
    onion
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Chop very fine the first 4 ingredients; layer in Pyrex dish. Mix cottage cheese and Miracle Whip together; spread over this. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bacon bits over the top.
