Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. ripe, thinly sliced bananas (2 bananas)
    1/2 c. softened shortening
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add the eggs to the bananas.
    Beat well.
    Add the shortening to the sugar.
    Mix.
    Mix all the dry ingredients with the nuts. Add the dry ingredients to the wet all at once and beat only until dampened.
    Bake in a well-greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
