Grandma'S Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine and eggs.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture.
Add carrots and nuts.
Put in bread pan and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
