Zucchini Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    3 cans kidney beans (undrained)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    In a large saucepan cook onion, carrots, and zucchini with 1/2 cup of water for 20 minutes.
    Add kidney beans, tomatoes, and spices.
    Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
