Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage
    1/2 stick butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small onion, diced
    2 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in butter.
    Add 1 can chicken broth (mixed with water to make 4 cups liquid).
    Dice or slice sausage. Add soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
