Creole Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. diced onion
    3 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can Hunt's Italian spaghetti sauce with garlic and herbs
    1 can Italian tomatoes
    1 tall can mushrooms
    1 large pkg. spaghetti, broken, cooked according to directions and drained
Preparation
    Brown the ground chuck with the onion; drain. Add all other ingredients together in a big pot and cook slowly about 30 minutes. Add some tomato juice to make right consistency.
