Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm cottage cheese (small curd)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions (2 tsp. onion salt)
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. very warm water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast.
Mix well. Add flour and blend thoroughly.
Cover.
Rise in warm place until doubled in size (1 hour).
Punch dough down.
Mold into greased 8-inch round 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes more.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 to 50 minutes.
