Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreos
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 containers Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation

Crumble Oreos into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Save some cookie crumbs for top.
Melt butter and pour over crumbled cookies.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
