Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. dates, chopped
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
