German Sugar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    14 Tbsp. sugar (1 c.)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
    4 yeast cakes or packs
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Dough can also be used as stolen with fruit and nuts added.
