John'S Fantastic Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. natural vanilla extract
    2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix milk, butters, sugars and salt in heavy saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 6 minutes, stirring all the while.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
    Beat with mixture until smooth and thick, about 6 minutes.
    Pour into buttered pan and freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces.
    Makes a little more than a pound.
