Cauliflower Polonaise(Servings: 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Trim base from cauliflower and remove leaves.
    Cook in boiling, salted water for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
    Lightly brown butter and stir in bread crumbs, egg, parsley and seasonings.
    Pour over cauliflower.
