Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 1/4 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars until very creamy. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by the teaspoonful on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
