German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut cooked potatoes in 1/8-inch slices; sprinkle salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and flour.
    Heat water and vinegar to boiling.
    Put bacon, sliced and chopped fine, in skillet; fry light brown.
    Add onion and brown.
    Add potatoes and hot vinegar; heat to absorb vinegar and serve warm.
