Aunt Connie'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 lemon, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    10 oz. ketchup
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Brown ground beef and onions. Drain.
    Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Cook in a slow cooker for 3 hours on high.
