1 lb. salt-free butter
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rice flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Combine flours, then add to butter and sugar.
Press dough into two 8-inch cake pans.
Prick all over with fork.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cut cookies while still warm, then let cool and remove from pan.
