Parsley Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    1/4 c. finely minced parsley
    1 tsp. finely minced garlic
    6 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Split bread in half lengthwise.
    Heat butter in saucepan.
    Add garlic.
    Stir in parsley, salt and pepper; remove from heat. Brush 1/2 of bread with mixture.
    Cover with second side.
    Wrap in heavy-duty foil and bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
