Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. banana flavor
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine egg, sugar, flour, cooking oil and flavor in large mixing bowl.
Mash bananas very fine.
Combine with other ingredients.
Mix in nuts.
Mix well.
Grease and flour a loaf pan well.
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake for 1 hour.
