Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 or 12 oz. jar peanut butter
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt together margarine, cocoa and vanilla.
    Add peanut butter (mix well and remove from heat).
    Add confectioners sugar (will get very stiff; may need to use hands to mix).
    Spread onto cookie sheet or shallow baking pan, cover with wax paper and use rolling pin to smooth.
    Chill at least 2 hours before cutting.
