Turtle Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. quick-acting active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 egg
    2 raisins
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. prepared milk chocolate frosting
    red fruit snack rolls, gumdrops, candy-coated chocolate pieces and white chocolate
    15 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 favorite candy bars (about 2 oz. each)
    2 qt. or 1/2 gal. any flavor(s) ice cream
    1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    multi-colored sprinkles or small candy decorations
Preparation
    On Cutting Board, finely chop cookies, 2 to 3 at a time, using Food Chopper. Place butter in Small Micro-Cooker|. Microwave eon HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Mix in cookie crumbs with Bamboo Spoon. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of Spring-form Pam. Freeze 15 minutes.
