Ingredients

1/3 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar (set aside)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, egg yolk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Lightly spoon flour into cup; level off.
Add flour to sugar mixture; mix well.
Stir in potato chips and nuts.
