Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large box graham crackers
9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and line with graham crackers.
Make pudding using 3 cups of milk.
Mix Cool Whip in with pudding after you have mixed the pudding with milk.
Pour half over graham crackers, layer with more graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding.
Top with another layer of graham crackers.
Top with Chocolate Icing made as follows.
