Navaho Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; blend well.
    Add water; knead 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Pinch off a small amount of dough; roll out like a pancake, 1/16 inch thick.
    Fry in hot oil; prick air bubbles.
    Fry on each side until golden brown.
    Serve hot with butter or honey.
