Kourambiethes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unsalted butter
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    5 c. flour
    1/2 ??? baking powder
    almonds
Preparation
    Beat butter until light; add yolks and sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add chopped nuts and blend in flour and baking powder and mix well. Take a small amount of dough and shape into a half moon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove and roll in powdered sugar.
    Cool 1 hour.
