Ingredients

9 oz. graham cracker pie shell or 7-inch butter flavor
1 qt. strawberries (more or less depending on shell)
1 small sugar-free Jell-O vanilla pudding (cooking, not instant)
1 large sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
2 c. water
Preparation

Cut up berries and place in shell.
Combine pudding and Jell-O; add water and bring to a boil. Pour over berries and refrigerate.
Takes a good three hours to set.
Also great with peaches using peach Jell-O, or blackberries using blackberry Jell-O.
