Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
coconut (optional)

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Add coconut (optional).
