Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients; combine with the butter mixture.
Blend well.
Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla; stir well.
Stir in the nuts; pour into a well buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or several smaller pans.
Bake for 1 hour.
Turn out onto a rack to cool.
