Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

1 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 pie crust
1 onion
Preparation

Mix sausage, egg, parsley and onion together.
Cut the pie crust into squares.
Place one teaspoon of mix into each square. Fold together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
