Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil (vegetable)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix eggs, cinnamon, oil, sugar, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder. Gradually add flour.
Mix well. Add pineapple, zucchini and nuts.
Mix again.
Pour batter into loaf pans.
Bake 2 loaf pans for 50 minutes.
