Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, soda, cloves, nutmeg and salt.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and pumpkin.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients; stir until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into 2 to 3 loaf pans (greased and floured).
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
