My Mother'S Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vanilla wafers
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs
juice and rind of 3 lemons
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Crush enough wafers to line bottom of pie pan.
Line edges of pie pan with whole wafers.
Separate eggs.
Beat whites with sugar until stiff.
Grate and juice lemons.
Mix juice, peel, egg yolks and condensed milk.
Pour this mixture in pie pan.
Top with meringue.
Bake until meringue browns, about 12 minutes, at 350\u00b0. Refrigerate.
