Ingredients

2 c. real butter, softened
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. self-rising Hopkinsville Milling sunflower flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
24 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey bar
3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Blend oats in blender until it becomes a fine powder.
Set aside.
Combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, salt and oatmeal. Toss in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and pecans. Drop onto lightly buttered cookie sheet and bake 6 to 8 minutes.
