Ingredients

1 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat
3 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Heat mincemeat and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan (stir frequently); reduce heat.
Simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough in 1 rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes, at 375\u00b0.
